Post Placement Reports (PPR) Required at 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, and 60 months after placement. The first four PPR must be completed by a social worker and the following 3 can be completed by the parents.
After the home study is approved we will assist you with the dossier preparation for Japan. Working with the country’s facilitator and the BC Central Authority we will guide you through the adoption process to ensure that all legal requirements are met for both Canada and Japan.
